ComForCare in Holladay, UT is seeking a Field Supervisor to support home care aides and coordinate client services from an office setting with occasional client home visits. You will lead non-clinical staff, provide training, review assessments, and ensure compliance with state and accreditation standards.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA license (minimum 2 years), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years
• Work in an office environment and make visits into clients homes
• Helping in the day to day office setting answering phones with client and caregiver questions
• The Field Supervisor will provide non-clinical guidance and training to home care aide staff in the field and will evaluate their performance in the field
• Evaluates the effectiveness of home care services by obtaining feedback from the client and/or the primary caregiver
• Submits assessments and other required documentation outlining the services rendered as indicated in a timely manner
• Creative problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and coachable.
• Handling after business hour phone calls in a time matter (additional compensation for after hours answering)
• Be open to shift coverage throughout the day, but specifically between the hours of 8:30am and 11am
• Participates in case meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as scheduled
• Discusses any problems concerning the clients and/or the services being provided to the clients then developing appropriate and effective solutions
• Participates in office meetings and staff development trainings
• Assists with performance reviews of the aides and ensures competency
• Adheres to Federal, state and accreditation requirements
• Maintains licensures and/or relevant certifications as required
