ComForCare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support clients in their homes within Salt Lake City, UT. You will perform essential caregiving tasks, coordinate with office staff, and ensure high-quality home care services with a client-focused approach.

The role requires a valid CNA license and reliable transportation, with opportunities to participate in team meetings, ongoing trainings, and after-hours support with extra compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Work in an office environment and make visits into clients homes.
• Help in the day to day office setting answering phones with client and caregiver questions.
• The Field Supervisor will provide non-clinical guidance and training to home care aide staff in the field and will evaluate their performance in the field.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of home care services by obtaining feedback from the client and/or the primary caregiver.
• Submits assessments and other required documentation outlining the services rendered as indicated in a timely manner.
• Creative problem solver.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and coachable.
• Handling after business hour phone calls in a time matter (additional compensation for after hours answering).
• Be open to shift coverage throughout the day, but specifically between the hours of 8:30am and 11am
• Participates in case meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as scheduled
• Discusses any problems concerning the clients and/or the services being provided to the clients then developing appropriate and effective solutions
• Participates in office meetings and staff development trainings
• Assists with performance reviews of the aides and ensures competency
• Adheres to Federal, state and accreditation requirements
• Maintains licensures and/or relevant certifications as required
