Job summary

ComForCare is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our care team, delivering compassionate in-home services while coordinating with office staff. The role combines office management tasks with hands-on client visits to support families and enhance quality of life.

Candidate must hold an active CNA certification, demonstrate excellent communication, and be willing to participate in team meetings. Training and development opportunities are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years


• Work in an office environment and make visits into clients homes


• Helping in the day to day office setting answering phones with client and caregiver questions


• The Field Supervisor will provide non-clinical guidance and training to home care aide staff in the field and will evaluate their performance in the field


• Evaluates the effectiveness of home care services by obtaining feedback from the client and/or the primary caregiver


• Submits assessments and other required documentation outlining the services rendered as indicated in a timely manner

• Assists with performance reviews of the aides and ensures competency


• Adheres to Federal, state and accreditation requirements


• Maintains licensures and/or relevant certifications as required

Qualifications:

• A current CNA certificate for a minimum of 2 years is required


• Must have reliable transportation


• Must have current driver's license


• Current vehicle insurance coverage


• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
