Qualifications

• Ability to make independent decisions and work well under pressure.
• Flexible in performing different tasks.
• Transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all aspects of transporting residents of the facility.
• Maintains required logs of each transport and for each vehicle.
• Makes all appointments for patients and maintains a calendar of appointments.
• Assists in maintaining a good working relationship with hospitals and other facilities.
• Ensures routine maintenance is carried out on vehicles.
• Represents the facility professionally with medical providers.
