St. Luke’s Emergency Department in Meridian seeks a CNA or Nurse Apprentice to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a busy ED.

You will work with experienced emergency medicine professionals, gaining experience with patients of all ages in a high-acuity setting during overnight shifts. This full-time role includes paid training, orientation, opportunities for bedside procedures and specialty certifications, tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and ongoing career growth within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide direct patient care under licensed professionals in a fast-paced ED.

• Enrolled in ACEN/CCNE/CNEA-accredited program.

As a CNA or Nurse Apprentice in the Meridian Emergency Department, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care in one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the Treasure Valley. Working alongside experienced emergency medicine professionals, you'll gain valuable experience caring for patients of all ages in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Ability to provide direct patient care under the direction of licensed healthcare professionals in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Current Nurse Apprentice Letter from the State Board of Nursing
• Enrolled in an accredited school of nursing (ACEN, CCNE, or CNEA accredited program)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Provider certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Ability to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while gaining hands-on clinical experience
