Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a CNA or Nurse Apprentice for the Fruitland Emergency Department. You will provide compassionate hands-on care while supporting patients and families in a fast-paced ED, alongside experienced emergency medicine professionals.

You will work a part-time swing schedule with two 12-hour shifts per week, gaining clinical experience and contributing to high-quality patient care. Tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR Provider certification
• Current Nurse Apprentice Letter from the State Board of Nursing
• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program
• BLS/CPR certification from reputable provider (AHA/ARC/ASHI)

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic hands-on care in a fast-paced emergency department
• Support patients and families under supervision of experienced staff
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across all ages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary emergency medicine team
• Participate in training, orientation, and skill-building activities

Job description

As a CNA or Nurse Apprentice in the Fruitland Emergency Department, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while supporting patients and families in a fast-paced emergency care setting. Working alongside experienced emergency medicine professionals, you'll gain valuable clinical experience caring for patients of all ages while making a meaningful difference in your community.

• Part-time position with variable swing shifts
• 2x12-hour shifts a week with start times of 11:30 AM, 1:0 PM, or 3:30 PM based off department needs
