Job summary

ScionHealth's Kindred Hospital Seattle – First Hill is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support professional staff in an 80-bed LTAC. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs and maintain a safe, comfortable environment in a fast-paced hospital setting on the Seattle campus.

The role emphasizes teamwork, infection control, and performing routine clinical tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Good attendance and reliable work ethic.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to document care.
• Able to organize tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned area.
• Help patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Record vital signs and other measurements accurately and timely.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Respond to call lights and assist with routine treatments under RN supervision.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, and care coordination with care team.
