Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, individualized care to residents per their care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, and you will report health changes to the clinical team.

Join our team to engage with residents and families in a meaningful way, participate in ongoing education, maintain confidentiality, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with ADLs while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning through seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy regulations of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
