• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and lift equipment.
• Respond promptly to call lights and changes in resident condition; report observations to licensed staff.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility procedures and infection control guidelines.
