Mary Washington Healthcare seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the patient care team. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and assists with clerical tasks to support department operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, data entry into EMR, and coordinating with the patient care team. A VA CNA license and BLS CPR are required, with flexibility for shift hours.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA license issued by the Commonwealth of VA required.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Performs data collection (vital signs, I&O, weights) and documents in EMR.
• Transports patients and prepares for diagnostics.
• Assists with hygiene, feeding, and post-mortem care as needed.
• Communicates patient status and changes to licensed staff.
