Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming CNA certificate is required.
• Greenhouse (Shahbaz) training must be completed within six months of hire.
• 2-4 years of progressive work experience in Human Services or 0-1 year with an Associate's Degree.
• CNA Certification at the time of hire.
• Hiring bonus eligibility: $2,000 for new state employees meeting criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support residents in community outings, hobbies, and social interactions.
• Advocate for residents and ensure their needs and goals are met.
• Provide direct physical care and monitor safety during shifts.
• Work with the team to maintain clean living areas and mentor new staff.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth and maintain CNA certification.
