Job summary

The Wyoming Life Resource Center in Lander, WY is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals in training. You will support residents with daily activities, encourage independence, and help create a warm, inclusive living environment while you complete CNA training and earn a paycheck.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Human Services)
• CNA certification obtained within twelve (12) months of hire
• Associate's degree (typically in healthcare)
• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities and encourage independence.
• Assist residents with morning routines and daily living tasks.
• Facilitate community outings and recreational activities with residents.
• Advocate for residents to express needs and goals to the team.
• Support resident progress and attend team meetings.
