Job summary

SageWest Health Care in Lander, Wyoming, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts in Med Surg. The CNA provides basic nursing services under supervision, focusing on personal hygiene, comfort, safety, and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification listed on the State Nurse Aide Registry.
• Current BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing services under the direct supervision of the professional nurse.
• Focus on personal hygiene, comfort, safety, and protection of the patient.
• Relate to patients and co-workers while maintaining professional interactions.
• Perform work activities requiring communication, instruction, supervision, persuasion or negotiation as needed.
• Respond appropriately to constructive feedback from a supervisor.
