Job summary

Lake Drive Care & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate Direct Care Staff / CNA to provide high-quality care to residents across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekend rotations. You will support residents with daily living activities, respond to signals, assist with feeding, and help with mobility in a collaborative team environment.

We offer a $2000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time staff, competitive pay based on experience, PTO, observed holidays with premium pay, education

Qualifications

• Must maintain current CNA or DDCA certification.
• Must obtain MANDT certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident signals and determine needs.
• Assist with grooming, bathing and incontinence care.
• Feed residents and assist with meals.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility.
