Job summary
Lake Drive Care & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. The role offers day, evening, and night shifts, including weekend options, with a $2000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time candidates.

Qualifications
- Must maintain current CNA certification.
- Mandt certification required.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Good communication with residents and families.
- Ability to react decisively in emergencies.
- Ability to document plans and goals clearly.
Responsibilities
- Answer signals and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
- Assist with feeding and ROM exercises.
- Provide personal care and comfort; assist with ambulation.
- Take and record vital signs and intake/output.
- Communicate changes to nursing team.
- Follow behavior intervention plans and crisis procedures.
- Complete maintenance work orders and other duties as assigned.
