Job summary

Lady Lake Specialty Care Center in Lady Lake, FL, is seeking caring CNAs to join our team for the 3p-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time staff. We provide a warm, secure facility with health, retirement and education benefits for our team.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of Florida.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• At least one year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and measurements.
• Turn and position residents; report changes to nurse.
• Assist in data collection for MDS and care plan.
• Ensure adequate hydration and meal prep/feeding assistance.
• Maintain accurate food intake records; monitor environment.
• Respond to call lights and assist with needs.
• Support orientation and training of other staff.
