Job summary

Polaris Rehabilitation & Care Center in Cheyenne, WY is looking for compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and work with nurses to ensure safe, respectful, individualized care.

This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus and opportunities for advancement. Day shifts are available on a rotational schedule, with a supportive team and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Wyoming CNA certification active and in good standing.
• Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns to the nurse.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility aids per care plans.
• Respond to call lights promptly and professionally.
