Prime Healthcare Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Telemetry department at Dallas Medical Center, Farmers Branch, TX. This full-time day-shift position involves assisting with ADLs, mobility, vitals, wound care support, and maintaining a clean, safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy and EKG certifications preferred; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Support mobility and safe transfers to prevent skin breakdown; assist feeding as needed.
• Take and record vital signs; observe changes and report to RN; assist with wound care when directed.
• Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms; keep environment clean and safe.
