Job summary

Universal Health Services in Northwest Reno is expanding behavioral health services at NNMC. This CNA role supports a multidisciplinary team and provides bedside care to adults, with focus on patient-centered care and safety.

Part-time CNA with Nevada license and BLS needed; benefits and day shift; responsibilities include shift bedside reports, task delegation with RN, engaging patients and families in care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
• Current Nevada CNA license.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks.
• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional needs in care.
