Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) is expanding its behavioral health services at Northwest Specialty Hospital in Reno, NV. A part-time CNA will join a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate care in a 24-hour environment, with a focus on patient-centered plans for adults 18+.

The role supports the care team with bedside hands-on nursing assistance and adherence to service excellence standards. Eligible candidates must complete an accredited CNA program, hold a Nevada CNA license, and

• Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program.
• Current Nevada C.N.A. license.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Completes bedside shift report at start and end of shift.
• Receives task delegation from supervising RN at shift start.
• Addresses patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs in care.
