Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited C.N.A program.
• Current Nevada C.N.A. license.
• Current BLS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Completes bedside shift report in room at start and end of each shift.
• Meets with Supervising RN to receive task delegation.
• Involves patient and family in care planning for psychosocial needs.
• Follows safety policies to promote patient safety.
• Assists with toileting/ADL care and never leaves patient unattended.
