Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Stillwater provides resident-centered care under RN supervision, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and mobility. Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Active CNA license or enrollment in CNA program with certification planned.
• Ability to perform daily living activities and vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and meals.
• Record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Support transfer, mobility and range of motion exercises.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE compliance.
