Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota. This part‑time role covers the evening shift (5:00pm–9:00pm) with every other weekend and rotating holidays, plus shift and weekend incentives.

CNA certification in Minnesota or eligibility within four months is required. Responsibilities include resident daily living assistance, vital signs, mobility, and adherence to infection prevention and PPE protocols under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain within four months).
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Maintains yearly competency testing and continuing education credits.
• State CNA certification or pending Endorsement is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care needs as directed by the RN.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, feeding, and hygiene.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage.
