Job summary

Sanford Health, Estes Park's Good Samaritan facility, seeks a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a 30-bed assisted living setting. You will perform daily living tasks, monitor vitals, and support the nursing team under a charge nurse's supervision.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, meals, documentation, and adherence to infection control policies. Flexible shifts include rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16 and valid CNA certification.
• Annual continuing education credits and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and recording vital signs.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises as needed.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and dining experiences.
• Document care outcomes and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
