Job summary

Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician (CNA) to support nursing staff in daily patient care. You will perform vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and follow care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role requires Maryland CNA license, BLS, strong English skills, and physical ability to lift and move patients. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with daytime shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CNA program completion and CNA exam required.
• Maryland CNA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• English language proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and turn.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Consider the special needs of patient populations.
• Participate in education programs, meetings and committees.
