Advocate Health is seeking a Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital - Med Surg unit. The role provides basic patient-focused care under the supervision of an RN, following established standards of practice and state regulations.

The position requires a CNA in good standing with the state registry, CPR/BLS within 45 days, and a willingness to learn. Schedule is days, 7a–7p, full-time with 36 hours per week. Training and benefits are included according to hospital policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• CNA – Nurse Aide certification in good standing per state registry.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 45 days of hire.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic patient-focused care under RN supervision.
