Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift in our skilled nursing facility. This role includes overnight care, monitoring safety, and timely documentation while providing compassionate, resident-centered support.

Active Missouri CNA certification and CPR/BLS are required; experience in skilled nursing preferred. We offer 12-hour night shifts, daily pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a supportive leadership team

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs)
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition
• Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
