Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a full-time basis. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and help create a safe, supportive environment for our residents.

We offer competitive pay at $16-$18 per hour with 8- and 12-hour shifts, a $3/hr shift differential, next-day pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations.
