Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Turn and reposition residents; monitor and document vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and accurate records.
