Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and state CNA license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Health requirements as required by law.
• Compassionate, team-oriented with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming).
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients and assist with mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs under nurse supervision.
• Ensure proper diet and hydration according to restrictions.
• Greet and respond to patient calls and needs; assist with transport.
