Job summary

Sevita's NeuroRestorative in Oxnard, CA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide ADL support, monitor patients, and document care in an inpatient/long-term care setting.

Shift options include DAY 7:00 am–7:30 pm and NOC 7:00 pm–7:30 am with 12-hour shifts and overtime. Requires California CNA certification and CPR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor patient condition with regular assessments.
• Assist with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse.
• Observe patients and report changes to the nurse.

Certified Nursing Assistant

• Per-diem DAY & NOC shift
• DAY shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm
• NOC shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
• 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of overtime pay)
• Salary range: $18.00-$21.50 per hour, based on experience
• $2 per hour NOC shift differential
• Blended salary range (base pay + overtime pay): $21.00-$25.08 per hour

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant who is kind, hardworking and dedicated to helping us provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of providing Activities of Daily Living such as helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with individuals with special needs and having the opportunity to make a true difference in their lives.
