Care Initiatives is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join compassionate care teams across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. The role offers both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules and a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide emotional support, monitor vitals, and promote engaging recreation while maintaining infection control and teamwork with the healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
