Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Iowa. Full-time evenings with every other weekend, providing daily living assistance, health monitoring, and companionship to residents.

Active Iowa CNA certification required or ability to activate certification. Competitive hourly rate with shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa or ability to activate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families and healthcare team.
• Monitor health including routine vital checks.
• Encourage resident recreation and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.
