Care Initiatives is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to support residents across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential.

Qualificações

• Active CNA certification in Iowa (or ability to activate)
• Compassionate, patient, respectful demeanor
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Interact and communicate with residents, families and the healthcare team
• Conduct routine vital checks and health monitoring
• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment
