Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities. This full-time/part-time role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities and delivering friendly, dignified care in a supportive environment.

You will work with residents, families, and the health care team, perform routine vital checks, monitor health, and participate in recreational and therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
