Job summary

Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing team under RN supervision.

This full-time role requires CNA certification and a commitment to infection control and safety. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process of obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with meals, bathing, grooming and daily activities; monitor and record vital signs.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse; participate in infection control activities.
