Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or enrolled in a CNA training program within four months.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and transferring.
• Take and record vital signs; assist with meals and nutrition; participate in activity and wellness programs.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse.
