Castle Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care and support with daily living activities, ensuring health, welfare and safety of residents in a licensed care setting.

You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, vital signs, reporting to nursing staff, maintain patient privacy, and comply with HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and all applicable laws while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Current certification as CNA in state of practice.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with serving meals and feeding; provide fresh water and nourishment.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves.
• Assist with travel to the bathroom; help with showers and baths.
• Ambulate, turn, and position residents to maintain stability.
• Check vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Maintain resident comfort; respond to call lights and requests; report observations.
