Qualifications

Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
Maintain resident environment by changing linens and stocking supplies.
Support mobility by safely ambulating and transferring residents using proper body mechanics.
Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
Assist with positioning and turning residents for comfort and safety.
Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
