Job summary

• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to Charge Nurse.
