Lutheran Senior Services in Webster Groves, MO is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily supportive care and assist residents with activities of daily living under nursing leadership.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, maintain residents’ comfort, assist with mealtimes, document care in clinical records, and support residents’ participation in daily activities while upholding dignity and person-centered care principles.

Qualifications

• Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains residents’ comfort and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and report observations to nurse.
• Assist with personal care and feeding as needed.
• Observe residents for changing needs and communicate to nurse.
• Participate in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Document care provided in clinical records.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support resident involvement in daily activities and decisions.
