Lutheran Senior Services in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our person-centered care team. You will support residents with activities of daily living, observe changes, document care, and report to licensed staff to enhance each resident's quality of life.

Qualifications

• Missouri: Current CNA certification.
• Illinois: Current CNA certification.
• Pennsylvania: Enrollment, or eligibility for enrollment within 120 days of completion of the training program, on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' comfort and provide daily living activities under supervision.
• Assist with personal care and support while promoting independence.
• Observe changes and report to the nurse.
• Participate in care/service planning to improve residents' lives.
• Assist with meals and feed residents needing full assistance.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families with compassion.
• Support residents' involvement in daily activities and decisions.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under licensed staff.
