Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily supportive and functional care in a compassionate setting. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team that puts residents first, assisting with activities of daily living and reporting observations to nursing leadership.

You will help with meals, participate in care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA certification as required by state regulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Experience supporting residents with daily living activities as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive and functional care following established procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and respond to resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Participate in resident care/service plans to improve quality of life.
• Assist during mealtimes and provide feeding support as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families with compassion.
• Support resident involvement in daily activities and decision making.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under licensed staff guidance.
• Document care provided in medical records.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
