The Groves Center in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services for residents according to care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, assist with daily activities, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities include safe handling, transporting residents, and maintaining a comfortable, dignified environment.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid CNA license in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands.
• Record entries accurately and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with transferring, transporting, and positioning residents.
• Maintain a safe, warm, and supportive environment.
