Job summary

Inspirations of Bartlesville is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in our wellness program. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and coordinate transportation, while maintaining professional conduct with residents and families.

The role requires CNA certification, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Experience in Assisted Living is preferred, with drug testing and background checks completed on hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must maintain certification for a Certified Nurse Aide.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire.
• Be in good physical health; lifting up to 40 pounds is required.
• Experience in Assisted Living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides all necessary care and services to assigned residents and assists other wellness department associates as needed.
• Works collaboratively with peers and other team members.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Observes and reports changes in residents’ condition to Wellness Director or supervisor.
• Follows infection control procedures and safety rules.
• Documents provision of services on Company forms.
• Escorts residents and coordinates internal transportation needs.
