Job summary

Rivercrest is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily nursing care under supervision. You will identify residents, assist with meals, and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping, reporting changes in health status, and maintaining resident privacy in a supportive environment. CPR may be preferred and certification kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education as stated.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws. CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and report breaches.
