Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and document accordingly.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any violations.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
