CASAMORA in Bradenton is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document accurate records, and support the Nurse Supervisor as needed.

The role requires a valid CNA license, CPR is preferred, ability to follow policies, maintain resident safety, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents and assist with treatments, meals, and activities.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident rooms and ensure readiness for new admissions.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality per policies.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Participate in nursing reports and adhere to established policies.
