Job summary

The Laurels of Fulton, part of Laurel Health Care Company, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with ADLs under nurse supervision. You will provide direct care, monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and support a safe, dignified living environment in a Michigan facility.

Responsibilities include documentation, infection control, and collaboration with nursing staff to meet residents’ needs and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA program with competency exam completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs and intake/output.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Respond to call lights and report changes to licensed staff.
• Support residents’ independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility procedures.
• Follow infection control, safety, and universal precautions.
