Job summary

Campbell County Health's Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center in Gillette, WY seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care under federal, state, and local standards for long-term care residents.

The role requires a Wyoming CNA license, High School Diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA program, and CPR within 30 days of hire. Previous CNA experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire; Wyoming CNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and report resident status at shift start and end.
• Provide personal care per individualized plan of care.
• Document care, changes in residents' conditions and vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meals, activities, and transport to appointments.
• Perform ADL care and restorative care as trained.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Graduate of a State-approved CNA program

CPR Certification within 30 days of hire
